What are the requirements for frame welding?

1. The frame welding must ensure symmetry, balance, and verticality, and must be made according to the size requirements of the drawing

3. Post-welding treatment

2. The weld shape should be smooth and uniform, and the transition between welds and between welds and base metal should be smooth.

3. For some closed structures, components with multiple welds and long welds, residual stress should be eliminated by hammering, vibration, and other methods after welding. If the parts have heat treatment requirements, heat treatment should be used to eliminate stress.
